Cancellation & Refund Policy

These conditions apply to subscriptions to The Circle of Transformation, live online workshops, private online sessions, and in-person appointments offered by Maude Favre. They supplement the Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use of maudefavre.com.

1. Description of Services

The Circle of Transformation is an online personal development program offered through monthly or annual subscriptions.

The Circle of the Atelier offers live, interactive online workshops.

The Circle of Awakening offers individual private online sessions. In-person appointments are also available under the applicable booking conditions.

By confirming a registration or booking, the Client acknowledges having read the conditions applicable to the selected service.

Access to subscriptions and digital content is strictly personal, non-transferable, and intended for individual use only.

2. Subscriptions and Cancellation

Monthly Subscription — CHF 159

24-Hour Free Trial

The free trial is exclusively available for the monthly subscription to The Circle of Transformation.

The trial begins immediately upon confirmation of registration. No subscription fee is charged during the first 24 hours.

If the Client cancels before the end of the free trial, access ends immediately and no subscription payment is charged.

If the subscription is not canceled before the trial expires, the first payment of CHF 159 is automatically charged.

The subscription then automatically renews every month unless canceled before the next billing date.

The Client may disable automatic renewal at any time through their member account.

Once a paid subscription period begins, the full fee for that period is due. No full or partial refund is provided, except where required by applicable mandatory law.

After cancellation of a paid subscription, access remains active until the end of the paid period.

Annual Subscription — CHF 1,690

No Free Trial

The annual subscription does not include a free trial.

The annual fee of CHF 1,690 is charged immediately upon registration.

The subscription automatically renews every 12 months unless canceled before the next annual billing date.

Disabling automatic renewal prevents the next annual charge but does not entitle the Client to a refund for the current annual subscription period, except where required by applicable mandatory law.

Access remains active until the end of the paid annual subscription period.

3. Right of Withdrawal and Free Trial

Swiss law does not provide a general right of withdrawal for all contracts concluded online. However, mandatory consumer rights may apply depending on the nature of the service and the Client’s country of residence.

Where applicable law provides a statutory right of withdrawal, its exercise and any exceptions are governed by the relevant legal provisions.

The immediate commencement of a digital service does not, by itself, constitute an automatic waiver of any legally applicable right of withdrawal.

The 24-hour free trial applies exclusively to the monthly subscription to The Circle of Transformation.

Annual subscriptions, workshops, private online sessions, and in-person appointments do not include a free trial unless a specific offer expressly states otherwise.

4. Cancellation of Online Workshops

Cancellation at Least 10 Days Before the Workshop

Workshop registrations may be canceled up to 10 calendar days (240 hours) before the scheduled start time.

A refund will be issued minus the card processing fees actually incurred, provided that this deduction was disclosed before payment and is permitted by applicable law.

Cancellation Less Than 10 Days Before the Workshop

Any cancellation made less than 10 calendar days before the workshop results in the registration becoming final and binding.

No refunds, exchanges, or rescheduling are available, except where required by applicable mandatory law.

This rule also applies to registrations made within the final 10 days before the workshop.

Cancellation by the Organizer

If Maude Favre cancels a workshop, an alternative date will be offered.

If the alternative date is not suitable for the Client, a full refund will be issued without deduction of processing fees.

5. Cancellation of Private Online Sessions

Cancellation at Least 7 Days Before the Appointment

The Client may cancel a private online session up to 7 calendar days (168 hours) before the scheduled appointment time.

Any amount already paid will be refunded minus the card processing fees actually incurred, provided that this deduction was disclosed before payment and is permitted by applicable law.

Cancellation Less Than 7 Days Before the Appointment

Any cancellation made less than 7 calendar days before the appointment means that the full session fee remains payable.

No refunds or rescheduling are available, except by exceptional agreement or where required by applicable mandatory law.

This rule also applies to bookings made less than 7 days before the scheduled appointment.

Cancellation by Maude Favre

An alternative appointment date will be offered. If it is not suitable for the Client, the amount paid will be refunded in full without deduction of processing fees.

6. Cancellation of In-Person Appointments

Any cancellation or request to reschedule must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance, excluding weekends.

Requests submitted during a weekend are considered received on the next business day.

When the required notice period is respected, only one rescheduling request is permitted. The new appointment is final.

Late cancellations or missed appointments result in the full session fee being charged, subject to applicable mandatory legal rights.

In the event of a medical emergency, a medical certificate may be submitted within 7 days following the scheduled appointment.

Late arrival by the Client does not extend the originally scheduled session duration.

7. Access to Content and the Member Area

Access to digital content is reserved for Clients with an active subscription.

Content may include daytime and nighttime hypnosis sessions, replays, recorded workshops, videos, and educational materials.

Monthly Subscription

The monthly subscription provides access to content for the current calendar month, according to its availability in the member area.

Content from previous months is not automatically included.

Annual Subscription

The annual subscription provides access to the content included in the offer from the calendar month of registration and throughout the subscription period.

It does not automatically provide access to content from months preceding registration.

General Conditions

  • No individual item of content included in the subscription is separately refundable.
  • Content cannot be exchanged for another service.
  • Failure to watch a replay does not entitle the Client to compensation.
  • Access ends upon expiration of the paid subscription period.

Replays remain available according to the access periods and conditions specified in the member area.

8. Changes or Interruptions to Services

Maude Favre may modify, postpone, or reorganize certain content, dates, schedules, or access arrangements for technical, organizational, educational reasons, or in cases of force majeure.

Reasonable changes that do not substantially alter the agreed service do not automatically entitle the Client to a refund.

In the event of permanent cancellation of an essential service or prolonged inability to provide the service, the Client retains all applicable statutory rights.

9. No Guarantee of Results

The programs, workshops, and content offered are intended for personal development, learning, and well-being.

Individual outcomes depend on personal circumstances, individual engagement, and numerous external factors.

No specific result or particular personal transformation can be guaranteed.

Digital content is not a substitute for medical consultation, diagnosis, or treatment when medical care is required.

10. Liability

The Client is responsible for the compatibility of their equipment, internet connection, and proper use of the member area.

Maude Favre cannot be held responsible for access difficulties resulting exclusively from defective equipment, an inadequate internet connection, or improper use attributable to the Client.

Temporary technical interruptions may occur, including during maintenance operations or incidents beyond the Organizer’s control.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, contractual liability may be limited to foreseeable direct damages and the amount paid for the service concerned.

Nothing in these conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted, including liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

11. Intellectual Property

All content provided, including videos, audio recordings, texts, educational materials, visuals, restricted pages, and teaching resources, is protected by copyright.

Content is intended exclusively for personal and individual use.

Any reproduction, distribution, resale, publication, sharing with third parties, or commercial use without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Unauthorized recording of sessions and workshops is also prohibited.

In the event of a violation, appropriate legal action may be taken.

12. Complaints, Refunds, and Applicable Law

Complaints

Any complaint concerning a service or payment must be submitted in writing, together with the information necessary to process the request.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed, whenever possible, through the original payment method used for the purchase.

Card processing fees may be deducted only when the deduction was disclosed before payment, corresponds to fees actually incurred, and is legally permitted.

Applicable Law

These conditions are governed by Swiss law.

The competent courts are those of the Canton of Geneva, subject to applicable mandatory legal provisions, including consumer protection rules and international jurisdiction requirements.

Nothing in these conditions shall be interpreted as excluding or restricting the Client’s mandatory statutory rights.
