Cancellation Policy

The Transformation Circle is an online support service available as a monthly subscription with automatic renewal, with no minimum commitment period.

By confirming their registration, the participant acknowledges that they fully accept these conditions. Access is strictly personal, non-transferable, and reserved for individual use only.

The subscription is payable monthly in advance and may be cancelled at any time from the member area.

Any subscription period already started is fully due and cannot give rise to any refund, even partial.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Access remains active until that date.

The participant expressly accepts that the service begins before the end of the legal withdrawal period.

They therefore waive their right of withdrawal as soon as the subscription is activated.

Access to the service is activated immediately or within a maximum of 5 days following subscription. From the moment of activation, no refund may be requested.

When the subscription is offered without a trial period, it is considered firm and final from the moment of subscription. The participant acknowledges that no trial, test period, or refund right is granted.

Access to the content provided in the member area is valid for the entire duration of the active subscription.

The content made available may include, depending on the current offer, videos, replays, materials, or pages reserved for members.

The content included in the subscription forms part of the overall service and does not constitute an individualized service.

• No content included in the subscription is refundable separately
• No content may be exchanged for another service
• Not consulting or using the content does not give rise to any compensation

Replays, when offered, remain accessible according to the terms provided in the member area.

The Provider reserves the right to modify, postpone, or reorganize the content, dates, times, access methods, or structure of the member area for technical, organizational, educational, or force majeure reasons.

Such changes shall not give rise to any refund, indemnity, or compensation.

The service offered falls within the field of personal development and well-being support. No specific result is guaranteed.

The participant remains fully responsible for their commitment, personal pace, and use of the service.

The Provider shall not be held liable for:

• any access issue related to the participant’s equipment or internet connection
• misuse of the service
• temporary unavailability of the platform
• any indirect damage

The Provider’s liability is strictly limited to the amount of the subscription paid for the current period.

All content offered as part of the service, including videos, texts, materials, visuals, reserved pages, structure, and educational elements, is protected by copyright.

Any reproduction, distribution, sharing, or resale, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

In the event of a violation, legal action may be taken and damages may be claimed.

Any request that does not comply with these conditions will be rejected.

These conditions are governed by Swiss law.

The competent courts are those of the Canton of Geneva, unless otherwise required by mandatory legal provisions.
