I decided to meet Maude Favre when I reached a breaking point of being anxious, obsessively controlling my future, and feeling chained by my thoughts and past habits (having fallen into anorexia 10 years ago). I felt like I was preventing myself from living—I had no ability to let go. Maude truly transformed so many things within me; I can even say she transformed my life. During the first session, with her help, I managed to understand deep-rooted issues that drove me to be the way I was. Just a few days later, unconsciously, I had already let go of several automatic behaviors. I couldn’t believe it—I didn’t think the way I used to anymore! I saw Maude one more time to "solidify" our work and further improve other issues. Just talking with her before entering a state of hypnosis helped me tremendously, as if she gave me the keys I needed to succeed. Today I feel so different from before. I feel like I can breathe and live my life as I want to, without fear, as though harmful lifestyles that were destroying my mind are being gradually removed. I have seen psychologists, energy healers, and many others, but I have never felt this good. I am now a "new me," far from the person I was years ago, chained by negative thoughts. A huge thanks to fate for guiding me to this amazing woman who pulled me out of this vicious, infernal cycle.

Hello! Just a quick update following our meeting on Thursday, August 17, 2015, for smoking cessation. I can confirm that my last cigarette was smoked at 9:45 a.m. on Thursday, August 17. I feel relieved and happy to have finally broken free from this addiction. I’m delighted with your care and must admit I’ve never quit so easily and without gaining weight!
